Biweekly shutdown and swap
The factory closes on the shutdown anchor and every configured interval thereafter. Team A and Team B swap day/night assignment on the next operating day.
- 12-hour: 00:00–12:00 / 12:00–24:00
- 9-hour: 00:00–09:00 / 12:00–21:00
- Public holidays: full closure
- Sunday: factory production only
Minimum staffing by shift
A value of zero makes the role unavailable or unnecessary on that shift.
